This is the first year that ReAssure has supported the Hertfordshire business awards, and we are particularly delighted to sponsor the award for customer service. As one of the leading UK closed book life and pension companies with over 3.5 million customer polices, we take pride in putting customers at the centre of everything we do.
Customer service is a topic close to our hearts. Among our 2000+ employees based in Hitchin, Telford or Norwich, we employ a large team of customer services agents who handle customer queries with sensitivity, patience, care and a great deal of expertise.
