2011 Herts Business Awards launches in style...
MORE than 80 guests descended on Specialist Cars in Stevenage to help launch the 2011 Herts Business Awards.
Businesspeople from all over the county came together to witness the start of the entry process for this year's competition.
Event organiser Sarah Scott said on the day: "It is fantastic to see so many local business people come together to support the Business Awards.
"We have previous winners as well as new businesses in attendance today, which is very encouraging and a good indication that we will have another great year for entries. "

Clive said of the Business Awards: "It is a great opportunity for us, as a local business, to support other local businesses having come from being a small business ourselves into one that has grown organically.
"The Small Business category, of which we are the sponsor, seems like a fitting tribute."
The launch event itself was once again over-subscribed and guests who were unable to attend are already signing up for the first of two networking events on:
- July 13 - The Bio Park, Hatfield.
- September 14 - North Hertfordshire College.
