James Milman from Jam won this award last year. James Milman, Winner of the Business Person of the Year Award

The judges said of our winner: “We were impressed with the way James Milman from Jam has turned the business around and increased the turnover and number of staff on site doubling the size of the company. He has some great plans for the future to further grow the business.”

James said: “I have been a winner at these awards for the past two years, but the competition this year was very strong so I was not expecting much, but it’s nice to be
recognised. We are a team so it’s a bit embarrassing to win myself as ultimately everyone else does most of the work. We have got a very good team.”
